About

Formed in 2021, our corporate office located in Highland, Illinois – we plan to grow our offices in many States of the U.S. to expand our services. CarePlus Diagnostic Services LLC works with any long-term care facilities, short term rehabilitation, assisted/independent living facilities, group homes and home health care agencies. With technology enabling us to be interconnected and advancement of Ultrasound machines to be portable, what came to thought, “What if our loves ones were in this situation? What care would we want for them?” and because we are able to provide fast turnaround results with our Ultrasound Imaging to expediate diagnosis, this is what we would want for our loved ones.

Our Services

With the most advanced technology, our technologists can transmit images directly from patient’s home of facility. Our board certified Cardiologist and Radiologist will have the images before technologist leave the patient’s site.
